Tiger Woods did not enjoy a load of on-course success at last week's Omega Dubai Desert Classic, but speaking before the tournament with Peter Dawson, the Chairman of Falcon Golf, it was clear that Woods still enjoyed his visit. The 14-time major champion expressed his amazement at how far the city of Dubai has grown since he started playing here.
“The Dubai that I know has changed absolutely dramatically,” Woods said. “It’s hard to wrap your head around it. It’s like the beginning part of New York City.”
Watch the video to learn more of Woods’ thoughts on Dubai, as well as remarks on his return from injury and updates on his plans to design his own championship course in the UAE.
