Ghantoot primed for President of the UAE Cup after British Army win



ABU DHABI // Sebastian Petrachi claimed three goals in Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club's 4-2 victory against the touring British Army Polo team.

The Argentine scored two in open play and one from a 40-yard penalty, while Ahmed al Nueimi added Ghantoot's other.

Captain Phillip Kaye and Nick Hunter scored for the Army side who conclude their three-day stay in the UAE.

The British Army Polo Team were invited to the Royal Abu Dhabi club by Sheikh Falah bin Zayed, the patron of Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club and the facility's board of directors.

"It was a great day and an exciting and highly-competitive match. We were delighted that we could extend our hospitality to the British Army Polo Team," said Saeed bin Houfan al Mansoori, the vice-chairman of the Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club.
