The final round of the 2018 Uefa Nations League takes place from November 15-20 with plenty of places still to be decided.
The tournament, which involves promotion and relegation as well as the chance to reach the Euro 2020 play-offs and, from League A, June's knockout finals enters its last two matchdays with plenty to play for.
Germany, four-time world champions and champions of Europe on three occasions, could suffer the ignominy of relegation to League B even before their final Group 1 match against Netherlands, while World Cup silver medalists Croatia need to win both their remaining Group 4 matches against Spain and England.
Here's how things stand in each group and the permutations for each team.

Group 1 permutations
France: position to be confirmed. To play: 16/11 v Netherlands (a). Will reach the finals with a draw in Rotterdam.
Netherlands: position to be confirmed. To play: 16/11 v France (h), 19/11 v Germany (a). Will ensure a finals place with two wins.
Germany: position to be confirmed. To play: 19/11 v Netherlands (h). Will be relegated to League B if they do not beat Netherlands, and even then victory might not be enough as they will be demoted if the Netherlands beat France three days earlier.
Group 2 permutations
Belgium: position to be confirmed. To play: 15/11 v Iceland (h), 18/11 v Switzerland (a). Belgium will reach the finals with a win against Switzerland on November 18; a draw would be enough if Belgium avoid defeat against Iceland on three days earlier.
Switzerland: position to be confirmed. To play: 15/11 v Belgium (a). Switzerland will seal a place as finalists with a two-goal victory over Belgium.
Iceland: relegated. To play: 15/11 v Belgium (a).
Group 3 permutations
Portugal: position to be confirmed. To play: 17/11 v Italy (a), 20/11 v Poland (h). A draw in Italy will see the reigning European champions qualify for the finals.
Italy: position to be confirmed. To play: 17/11 v Portugal (h). Have a chance to reach the finals if they beat Portugal and the winners of Euro 2016 fail to beat already-relegated Poland.
Poland: relegated. To play: 20/11 v Portugal (a).

Spain: position to be confirmed. To play: 15/11 v Croatia (a). Spain, Euro 2008 winners, will seal a place as finalists with victory over Croatia.
England: position to be confirmed. To play: 18/11 v Croatia (h). England will seal a place as finalists if Spain fail to beat Croatia and England then win their final game against the World Cup runners-up.
