It has been an exhilarating season for Chelsea and the man leading the charge – apart from manager Frank Lampard – is Tammy Abraham.
Abraham has emerged as Chelsea's main man following a superb season that has taken the Blues close to Champions League last 16.
Abraham is a product of Chelsea's youth academy – which the team has relied upon heavily – and has 11 league goals this season, 12 in all competitions.
With Chelsea unable to sign players due to a transfer ban, Abraham got catapulted into the first team and he hasn't looked back since.
Chelsea and Lampard will be relying heavily on Abraham's shoulders as they prepare for a crucial Champions League match against Lille at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday. Chelsea need to win to ensure qualification to the knockout stages from Group H.
