Everton have agreed a £30 million (Dh131m) fee of to sign Juventus forward Moise Kean.
Kean, 19, is due to fly to England on Wednesday to finalise the move, according to reports, with the Premier League club set to pay him £2.75 million a year in wages.
Kean's acquisition marks a significant coup for manager Marco Silva, with several high-profile European clubs linked with the three-times capped Italy international.
The fee could rise to £40m with add-ons. The Guardian reported that Juventus had wanted a buy-back option on the player who has been on the books since 2016, but that it was rebuffed by the Merseysiders.

Kean stormed to prominence last season, scoring six league goals in 13 appearances as Juve clinched an eighth successive Serie A title. He made his international bow in 2018 and scored his first Italy goals in Euro 2020 qualifying wins over Finland and Liechtenstein in March.
The following month, Kean was the target of racist abuse from Cagliari fans during a league match and was inexplicably condemned by his Juventus teammate Leonardo Bonucci, saying Kean was "50-50" to blame for the chants after celebrating in front of supporters after scoring.
Bonucci later said he had been "too hasty" in apportioning blame on the teenager.
One player heading out of Goodison Park though is Idriss Gueye, who announced earlier on Tuesday he would be joining French champions Paris Saint-Germain for €32 million (Dh131m).
“I wanted to give a new boost to my club career by joining Paris Saint-Germain, one of the most structured and ambitious sports projects in Europe,” Gueye told his new club’s website.
PSG tweeted a picture of their new signing holding up a shirt with squad No 27.
Gueye, who joined Everton from Aston Villa in 2016, is a relentless defensive midfielder who has never finished lower than second in terms of successful tackles during his three-season spell on Merseyside.
The 29-year-old, who reached the final of the recent Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) with Senegal, was courted previously by PSG during the January transfer window. He has signed on with the Parisians until 2023.
"I'm immensely proud to sign for Paris Saint-Germain," he said. "I can't wait to take in the amazing atmosphere of the Parc des Princes, which impressed me during my first seasons in France."
Gueye played seven seasons with Lille from 2008 to 2015 before moving to England to join Aston Villa in 2015.
