Manchester City finally got their hands on the Premier League trophy on Sunday following a goalless draw with Huddersfield Town at the Etihad Stadium.

Having won the title three weeks ago following Manchester United's defeat to West Bromwich Albion, City have had to wait until their final home game of the season to begin the official celebrations.
