The Premier League resumes this week following a three-month hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.
While health and safety has been at the forefront of the league and clubs' approach to safely return to football, there has been huge financial implications for the most lucrative league in world football.
While some players have taken salary cuts or deferred wages up to 30 per cent, some clubs have continued to pay their players and non-playing staff in full, including Liverpool's Mohamed Salah, Manchester United's David de Gea and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Arsenal.
Others have taken voluntary wage cuts, while some clubs have opted to use the British government's furlough scheme.
