Hiddink takes charge at Chelsea as van Gaal clings to Man United job: EPL Boxing Day + UAE times

With Arsenal and Manchester City rounding off Matchday 17 late on Monday evening, we turn our attention to the full fixture list slated for this Saturday, the Boxing Day programme.

Guus Hiddink will sit in the Chelsea dugout for the first time when the Premier League champions take on Watford after watching their 3-1 win over Sunderland from the stands with club owner Roman Abramovich and Chelsea legend Didier Drogba.

Tottenham Hotspur will look to consolidate their position in the top four when they welcome Norich City to White Hart Lane. Norwich, buoyed by their impressive 2-1 win at Old Trafford to pile the pressure on udnerfire manager Louis van Gaal, are out of the bottom three and will look to put further daylight between those and the clubs battling relegation.

United are the early kick off, at 4.45pm UAE, taking on a Stoke side with one of the stingiest defences in the league, exactly what United’s goal-shy attackers don’t need.

League leaders Leicester City travel to Anfield to face Liverpool and Bournemouth seek a third league win on the trot when they host Crystal Palace.

In the evening’s later fixtures, Newcastle United host Everton at 9.30pm and Arsenal travel to Southampton at 11.45pm
