Dele Alli has been training in Dubai as he takes advantage of the warm weather to speed up his recovery from a hamstring injury. The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder suffered the injury against Fulham last month and was expected to be out until March. However, he posted video on his Instagram account showing him doing ball work at the Nad Al Sheba sports complex in Dubai. He also posted images of his workout along with the caption "progress". The UAE has been a popular destination for Premier League clubs this winter, with both Manchester United and Liverpool spending time in Dubai for training, while Cristiano Ronaldo was also in town. Alli, 22, also found the time to visit well-known Dubai businessman Saif Belhasa' private zoo which features many exotic animals. Judging by Mr Belhasa's Instagram page, it appears the zoo is a must-visit location for footballers while they are in the UAE. Players who have previously visited include Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus (in the video below), Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold, M'Baye Niang of Rennes, Real Sociedad's Adnan Januzaj, Brazil legend Ronaldo, Bayern Munich's David Alaba, Marc Bartra of Real Betis, Jordi Alba of Barcelona, Miralem Pjanic of Juventus, Edin Dzeko of Roma and Manchester United's Paul Pogba (pictured below). Tottenham are keen to get Alli back as soon as possible having also lost talisman Harry Kane to injury in recent weeks. They are currently third in the Premier League, five points behind Liverpool and leaders Manchester City who beat Everton 2-0 on Wednesday. Tottenham host Leicester City on Sunday and then face Dortmund in the first leg of the Uefa Champions League last 16 next week.
