Barring Manchester City's Monday night clash with Leicester City, the penultimate round of Premier League fixtures has been completed and it provided plenty of pivotal moments.

The weekend began in dramatic fashion when Tottenham Hotspur missed their chance to secure a top-four finish by losing to Bournemouth after having two players sent off.

In Saturday's evening game, Cardiff City were relegated after a 3-2 defeat at home to Crystal Palace, before Liverpool scored a late winner at Newcastle to return to the top of the table.

On Sunday, Chelsea ensured they will be playing Uefa Champions League football next season after a 3-0 win over Watford and 1-1 draws for Manchester United and Arsenal against Huddersfield Town and Brighton & Hove Albion respectively.
