Ajax are well placed in the Champions League, sitting second in Group H, level with leaders Chelsea on six points after three games.

After two emphatic wins, over Lille and Valencia, the Dutch champions were narrowly beaten by Chelsea in Amsterdam on Matchday 3.

Ajax now have the chance to make amends when they face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the reverse fixture on Tuesday.

Ahead of the match, Ajax took to the pitch on Monday for a final training session, led by manager Erik ten Hag, who has emerged as a leading contender to fill the managerial vacancy at Bayern Munich.
