An England Lions side featuring Ollie Pope, Jason Roy, Sam Billings and Mark Wood are in Abu Dhabi to take on Pakistan A in a four-day match at Zayed Cricket Stadium.

Sunday's first day of play at the nursery oval at Zayed Cricket Stadium saw England post 240 before being shot out with Billings top-scoring with an unbeaten 74.

He was ably supported by Roy (59) and Dominic Bess (42), while Mohammad Irfan was the pick of the Pakistan bowlers finishing with figures of 4-80.

Pakistan were 33-2 in reply at stumps with Wood and Jamie Overton accounting for the wickets of Shan Masood (8) and Abid Ali (11) respectively.
