Valdez, 29, will fly back to Spain on the same day, before returning to Abu Dhabi on July 20, one day before the club's pre-season training begins. Luis Milla, the former Spain Under 21 coach who took charge of Jazira in February, is said to have had played a big part in Valdez signing a two-year deal.
