Ajman is proving to be a death-trap for visiting teams. They stunned Al Shaab 2-1 in their last game in the Etisalat Pro League and last night upset Al Nasr 1-0 in the Etisalat Cup Group C.
Javad Kazemian, the Iran international, scored four minutes into the second half which the promoted club held on to the end to claim their first points in the group.
Nasr, so impressive when they downed the Super Cup champions Ahli 2-0 in their opening fixture, failed to find the fluency and the strikes at the Ajman goal for an entire 90 minutes.
They were made to struggle by their resolute defence and man-to-man marking after they went ahead early in the second half. The victory gives Abdul Kader Abdul Wahab's men some hope in the competition in a group that also include Al Ahli and Al Ain, to whom they lost 1-0 in the opener last weekend at the Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium.
Ajman face Ahli in their next match and Nasr will be up against Al Ain in the home and away format of the competition.

Expo 2020 Dubai will be the first World Expo to be held in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia
The world fair will run for six months from October 20, 2020 to April 10, 2021.
