Actress Sienna Miller was spotted wearing Lanvin on the red carpet of the Opening Ceremony for the 68th Annual Cannes Film Festival. The floor-length matt gown, custom made by Lanvin’s artistic director Alber Elbaz, featured a navy blue and black bow at the neckline.
