President Sheikh Mohamed received Azerbaijani Justice Minister Farid Ahmadov on Tuesday to discuss the partnership between the countries.
They discussed ways "to build on the growing partnership between the UAE and Azerbaijan, with both sides seeking to strengthen co-operation in areas of shared interest", reported state news agency Wam.
Mr Ahmadov expressed his wishes for the UAE’s continued prosperity, noting his hope that the strong ties between the two countries would continue to grow in the years ahead, added Wam.
Sheikh Mohamed also met Sheikh Fahad Yousef Al Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Kuwait.
They discussed "the close fraternal ties between the UAE and Kuwait and ways to strengthen co-operation across various fields to serve mutual interests and support the development aspirations of both nations".
