Haidy Samir is the ballet instructor who came up with the vision of inclusion
She said: 'I got the idea when my colleague's sister with disabilities wanted to dance ballet but there were no available studios for her'
'So I started to train girls with disabilities in ballet'
'When they learn I integrate them with others who don’t have disabilities'
Haidy added: 'It could take some time for them but when they learn, they dance very well'
'There becomes no difference between them and the rest of the girls at all'
