Reebok and Vogue Fitness are opening Yas Ladies, the first women-only CrossFit box in Abu Dhabi on Saturday. The box will feature indoor classes run by female-only staff.
The opening event on Saturday involves classes by trainers including Jamie Greene and Tammi Robinson, who are members of the CrossFit Yas team and ranked first and 24th, respectively, at the recent CrossFit Open Games in California.
The free classes will take place every half-hour and include CrossFit, MetCon, yoga and Pilates. There will also be health workshops, biometric testing, refreshments and giveaways.
