One of Dubai’s best-equipped gyms is throwing open its doors next month and giving residents free access for a week.

Talise Fitness at Madinat Jumeirah is offering complimentary access to classes, including high-altitude cycling and Les Mills Born to Move for 2- to 12-year-olds, as well as all equipment and the Talise X outdoor functional training area from September 17 to 24. Complimentary body analysis consultations will also be available.

Cedric Betis, group director of Talise Wellness, said the open week is all about giving back to the fitness community. “We want to encourage the public to kickstart their new season fitness regimes by giving them access to work out in state-of-the-art and inspiring surroundings that will motivate them to push themselves a little harder.”

Guests who sign up for membership during the open week will receive five personal training sessions and dinner for two at Hanaaya restaurant at Mina A'Salam. Visit www.talisefitness.com for details.
