If you’re short on time and not sure which exercises to prioritise, there’s five top exercises for women that should be a part of your routine, according to Charlotte Stebbing, Abu Dhabi regional fitness manager for Fitness First Middle East.
“Fitness goals for women vary from aesthetic to athletic and it is important to understand that women may face a few challenges when it comes to fitness. That simply means that you need to train smart. So, charge ahead with these five simple but key workouts to gain more energy and get toned,” Stebbing says.
Do them in one session to target all of the main muscle groups. All it takes is 5 to 10 minutes a day to help keep you fit, strong and healthy.
