Sept 25

What: Flare Flow Yoga

Where: Umm Suqeim Park, Dubai

When: 7.30pm

Grab your yoga mat and towel, and enjoy a kid-friendly free outdoor vinyasa class at Umm Suqeim Park in Dubai. The flowing yoga form focuses on both postures and breathing techniques, and this hour-long session will be conducted by Clarisse from More Than Yoga.

What: Fusion yoga

Where: Taijitu House of OM, Dubai

When: 5pm

Experience a blend of traditional yoga mixed with ashtanga and flow yoga with yogi guru Pratik Sah from Rishikesh, India. The 75-minute class includes introduction, meditation and practice. Spots are limited, so you'll need to register through the Facebook event.

This is a Zumba class that uses high-intensity interval training to help participants reach their fitness goals. What: FloatUAE Abu Dhabi Launch

Where: Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana, Abu Dhabi

Test your core strength, co-ordination and balance through an HINT workout that incorporates squats, jumps, burpees and more - all done on a mat floating atop a swimming pool. Between 10am-12pm, FloatUAE will host free 20-minute sessions. The sessions are open to men and women and children ages 10 and above.

What: Cycle for Health UAE

Where: Zayed Sports City Stadium, Abu Dhabi

When: 9am-1pm

Work on your cardiovascular fitness with this cycling event that will take you on a 1.9km course through ZSC stadium and along closed-off roads. The event will also have health screenings, exercise information sessions and a healthy-heart cooking demonstration. There will also be a learn-to-ride programme, bouncy castles, and a healthy food truck, with complimentary bikes and helmets available.

Real estate tokenisation project

Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.

The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.

Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
