Sign up for yoga and a healthy breakfast this Saturday, February 18, at Urban Bistro in Dubai Media City.
The one-hour class, which starts at 9.30am, will be led by yoga teacher Karen Mattar, and will be followed by a healthy, high-protein breakfast.
The class will be held on Urban Bistro’s sunshine terrace, facing the lake, in the CNN Building.
The class and breakfast package costs Dh95 and all levels are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat.
