Haddins Fitness is hosting a competition to find Abu Dhabi's Fittest Person at this year's Fun Nation event. Test your fitness abilities against other residents in the capital at events led by some of Abu Dhabi's best fitness coaches.
Qualifiers take place from 8pm to 9pm daily from July 14 until July 22. The top 10 male and female competitors will move on to that evening’s heat from 9pm to 10pm, which feature 5-10 minute workouts that test similar aspects of fitness to the earlier qualifiers.
The top three male and top three female competitors each evening will gain entry to the finals on July 23, where the top cash prize is Dh10,000 for both the male and female winners.
Fun Nation is an event that includes 10 days of cooking and sports activities followed by 10 days of gaming and fashion events as part of the Abu Dhabi Summer Season.
