The Science of Happy Puppy Pilates class is being run by Hill's Pet Nutrition, along with The Animal Agency and Phoenix Rising.

According to organisers, it is a "fun way to keep your pet fit and active during the summer months". Participants can expect a "dynamic, rolling, stretching and often playful" session. They add that it is the "perfect way to workout with your pooch".

The class will be taught by advanced Pilates and yoga instructor Kirsty MacPherson-Wright, who will guide participants though a fun, social and bonding experience, with plenty of strengthening moves.

The class will run from 4pm until 5pm on Saturday July 6 at Dogwalk, Al Quoz.

It is free for all dogs and dog owners, and attendees will also walk away with a goody bag. Naturally, spaces are limited, so pre-booking is essential.  It is only suitable for adults over the age of 18 and for small and medium-sized dogs of any age.

Make sure you are able to supply a copy of the dog's vaccination book ahead of the event.
