The Turkish hotel brand Rixos will open its Saadiyat Island resort on October 15. The all-inclusive hotel, in which guests can eat virtually non-stop from a variety of restaurants included in the room rate, has 366 rooms and suites and 12 villas. Rates for the opening night start at Dh2,733 per room per night including food, drink and all taxes.
The latest in a series of big-brand openings on the island, which included the Saadiyat Rotana Resot & Villas earlier this year, is located between the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi and the St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort. It has a total of 10 restaurants, a spa including a traditional Turkish hammam, gym, kid's club, ballroom hosting up to 1,000 guests and a water park, along with a series of food carts, shisha lounges and a watersports centre.
The hotel is the company's fourth hotel property in the UAE. Rixos currently has 25 hotels in Turkey, Russia, Egypt, Croatia, Switzerland Kazakhstan and the UAE, where its other properties are the Rixos Premium Dubai, Rixos The Palm Dubai and the Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah.
