We're getting closer to October 31, which means we can expect batches of Halloween costumes to be uploaded to Instagram by the day. This weekend, celebrities have been out in force in their Halloween finery, and we have rounded-up all of the best costumes below.
There is no doubt that 2019 has been Billie Eilish's year, and no less than three celebrities have already dressed up as the goth-pop singer. For the Casamigos Halloween party, Nina Dobrev dressed as the Bad Guy singer, and Jameela Jamil followed suit as 'Silly Eilish' to DJ at Spotify's spooky party, while singer Anne-Marie had the same idea for the Kiss Haunted concert in London.
