My favourite city is Monaco. It is like a little village. While it is a glamorous city, you can do what you want – dress up or dress down and basically be yourself.
My favourite meal is chickpeas and sweet potato burgers. I like vegetarian and protein-based foods. I like meals that are healthy and full of flavour.
My go-to beauty product is the tinted moisturiser by Clarins.
My favourite book is At Speed: My Life in the Fast Lane by cyclist Mark Cavendish. It is very enlightening as it tells you what a cyclist has to go through in terms of tactics, fitness, the mentality and the pain that is involved in being in the sport.
My favourite trip was the Barcelona Grand Prix earlier this year because I travelled with some of the F1 drivers. We took a private jet and left straight from Monaco to Spain, did the race and back to Monaco. I loved it because of how smooth and easy the process was. I was back home with my family in two days.
My favourite fashion items are my wrap- around jackets because I feel cold a lot. So I got them in different colours – black, cream, white and red – they are sort of my signature item.
My favourite part of the job is making someone happy. It is a really nice feeling when people coming to Amber Lounge leave talking about the amazing experience they had.
My favourite piece of advice is what my father told me: if you want something, never give up.
My favourite part of the day is the morning. I know that could be interesting for some because Amber Lounge is usually a late-evening affair, but I like waking up in the morning with my 7-year-old daughter coming into the room with a smile on her face.
My guilty treat is chocolate. The one that I go to is Lindt.
My favourite luxury is time. I don't have enough of it. As soon as we finish the last race in Abu Dhabi, I will go back to Monaco, and begin working on next year's programme. I normally try to have a holiday around Christmas – I go skiing with my daughter and visit my parents in Ireland, but even then, I am always working on something.
