The 420kph Bugatti Chiron is turned into a zoom with a view – in pictures

The latest update to the Dh11 million hypercar makes it even flasher with 'Sky View'

With 1,500hp and an electronically limited top speed of 420kph, the Bugatti Chiron is perhaps the world's most desirable hypercar.

Now, the awe-inspiring French machine just got even prettier with the introduction of its new "Sky View".

Comprising two fixed laminated-glass panels in the roof above the driver's and passenger's seats, as well as turning the Chiron into (pardon the pun) a zoom with a view, the new feature also extends the headroom for occupants by 2.7 centimetres.

In addition, the panels filter out harmful ultraviolet radiation and improve the stiffness of the roof panels.

Sky View is available now as an option on the Dh11 million Chiron and it will be presented in its full glory at Monterey Car Week in California next month.

The Chiron was also recently immortalised by Lego, as part of the block-tastic Danish company's Technic range, as you can see below.

Meanwhile, a new limited-edition Bugatti model, the Divo, is also set to be unveiled in California next month. Details are fairly scarce for now, but it is named after 1920s Bugatti racing driver Albert Divo and there will be only 40 examples made. The price? A cool €5 million (Dh21.5m) each. We'll take two, thanks.
