I-Spy: Aston Martin DB9 spotted testing on the snow

Updated DB9 has new front fascia, more creases and a swoopier rear end.

This is one of the first photos of the latest generation of the Aston Martin DB9, caught winter testing in Europe. The GT first went on sale in 2004 and has been getting a little long in the tooth, especially compared with the Vantage and Virage models that were introduced into the lineup in the past few years. The new DB9, which slots beneath the Virage and more muscular-looking DBS, will ride on the same aluminium chassis as the last version - along with every other car in the Aston lineup, except the Cygnet city car. But new for the DB9 will be slimmer, LED headlamp treatment, a revised front fascia, more creases around the body, a swoopier rear end and a larger spoiler more reminiscent of the Aston Martin One-77 supercar.
