1. Respect the older generation. My parents were the ones who showed me what it means to have true dedication and physical and mental strength. Growing up I realised how important these things are in life and how much they apply to what we do and take on.
2. Being "healthy" is not just about aesthetics. Being powerful, strong, fast, flexible and psychologically prepared to take on everyday challenges with a smile on your face is key.
3. Anything worth having requires hard work. This applies to life, love and the relationship you have with yourself. If your goal is to become fit and healthy, then look in the mirror, set a target and give it your all until you've achieved it. All people want in this day and age is the next gimmick: fad diets, fat-loss pills, the best protein to take, the best workout routine and, even worse, the best sporting attire to do it in. All it really requires is hard work and being honest with yourself.
4. "Unless you've been there and done that, don't comment on it" is some of the best advice I've ever been given. Until you've walked a day in someone else's shoes, you cannot possibly know what they have been through.
5. Never say "never". Mental focus and determination, I believe, are some of the tools to help you achieve change and cope with adversity.

Drivers in Abu Dhabi spend 10 per cent longer in congested conditions than they would on a free-flowing road
The highest volume of traffic on the roads is found between 7am and 8am on a Sunday.
Travelling before 7am on a Sunday could save up to four hours per year on a 30-minute commute.
The day was the least congestion in Abu Dhabi in 2019 was Tuesday, August 13.
The highest levels of traffic were found on Sunday, November 10.

UK's plans to cut net migration
Under the UK government’s proposals, migrants will have to spend 10 years in the UK before being able to apply for citizenship.
Skilled worker visas will require a university degree, and there will be tighter restrictions on recruitment for jobs with skills shortages.
But what are described as "high-contributing" individuals such as doctors and nurses could be fast-tracked through the system.
Language requirements will be increased for all immigration routes to ensure a higher level of English.
Rules will also be laid out for adult dependants, meaning they will have to demonstrate a basic understanding of the language.
The plans also call for stricter tests for colleges and universities offering places to foreign students and a reduction in the time graduates can remain in the UK after their studies from two years to 18 months.
