The 69th Miss World competition took place in London at the weekend, with Miss Jamaica, Toni-Ann Singh, taking the coveted title.
She beat 111 delegates to take the crown, which was handed to her by Miss World 2018, Mexico's Vanessa Ponce, on Saturday at London's ExCel Centre.
Miss France, Ophely Mezino, was first runner-up, while Miss India, Suman Rao, took third place.

Singh is the fourth Miss Jamaica to take the Miss World title – the country's first since 1993.
The competition was launched in London on November 20. The contestants took part in a number of rounds over the following weeks before reaching Saturday's final. Rounds included 'talent', 'sports', 'top model' and 'beauty with a purpose'.
After winning the title, Singh posted a heartfelt message on Instagram. "To that little girl in St Thomas, Jamaica and all the girls around the world – please believe in yourself. Please know that you are worthy and capable of achieving your dreams," she wrote. "This crown is not mine but yours. It’s for you to truly understand that no matter where you’re from and the cards you’re dealt in life – your dreams are valid. You have a PURPOSE."
And it's not just Singh's victory that was trending on social media. Miss Nigeria, Nyekachi Douglas, who also made it into the top five, got the internet talking thanks to her incredible reaction to her friend winning the crown. Upon Miss Jamaica being crowned winner, she jumped up and down with such delight, it was almost as if she had won the title. See her reaction below.

Next year marks the 70th anniversary of the Miss World competition. The final is set to be held in Thailand in December 2020.
