Pros The independent villa is set over two floors and has a good-sized living room, a separate kitchen and four en-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There is an extra kitchen, as well as separate maids' quarters at the back of the house. The property is close to the airport and five minutes from Uptown Mirdif and Mirdif City Centre.

Cons The villa comes with a good-sized garden but this hasn't been landscaped yet, so you'll have a bit of a sandpit on your hands. Plus, rent has to be paid in one cheque.
