Cons The balcony is a little on the small side and the traffic around JBR can be a real hassle, particularly on the weekends when people take to driving up and down JBR Walk. Also, rent has to be paid in one cheque.

We say There's a lot to be said for JBR living - it's hassle-free, with every imaginable amenity to be found on your doorstep. Our only real concern would be the traffic.
