Desert Group has opened a second branch of Dubai Garden Centre in Jumeirah 1, next to Mercato Mall.

The new shop offers a range of indoor and outdoor plants, flowers and shrubs, as well as a stylish collection of plant pots, plus plenty of garden furniture.
From quirky garden ornaments to barbecue accessories and even landscaping solutions, Dubai Garden Centre has it all, whether you visit the original venue on Sheikh Zayed Road or the new spot opposite Town Centre.
In Jumeirah, there is also a dedicated flower shop, featuring all manner of colourful foliage.
It's about more than the products, too. On the schedule there is also a range of workshops and classes for both children and adults alike. This has so far included a wooden birdhouse workshop, an expert session on indoor plant care and a free planting lesson just for kids.
Customers will also find arrangements and products created by people of determination, as part of Enable, an in-house corporate social responsibility programme from Desert Group, which was set up in 2002.
