Abu Dhabi has a hidden secret, and it's part of one of the capital's newest hotels. Fresh Basil is a delicatessen, located on the second floor of the Bab Al Qasr hotel, which is situated opposite Emirates Palace on the Corniche. The deli sells everything from Swiss cheeses, Italian cold cuts, Greek olives and olive oils, French truffles and homemade pastries and breads. If you love Japanese food and you’ve reached your quota of decision-making after a long work week, then the Omasake Friday Brunch at SushiSan is the perfect way to launch your weekend. All the decisions are left to the chef, and she’s no slouch. Included in the price are an appetiser, a main and a dessert. But the best bit is the additional seven bite-sized morsels that are served sporadically during the meal. Brighten up Friday nights with Neon splash hit
It hasn't opened yet but we are expecting Neon Nights at Yas Waterworld to be a splashing hit when guests are welcomed to the park tonight. Word has it there will be a dazzling LED hydrojet show to entertain the crowd, DJs to keep the party alive and lots of glow-in-the dark refreshments and accessories.
