Try tuna carpaccio with a hint of coffee at The Meat Co
It might become all the rage this summer: tuna carpaccio sprinkled with a small quantity of coffee grains to enhance the taste and texture.
The dish is on The Meat Co’s new menu, which has been “simplified” to include a selection of appetisers and main dishes, with new sauces and salads added. The Greek salad is presented as a Greek Garden, and is served in a miniature plant pot, accompanied by olive oil in a small watering can.
The pastry chef Melanie Smit’s dessert menu includes coffee tiramisu, peach pie with granola custard and maple syrup, and chocolate cookies and strawberries.
