Is there anything more romantic than cooking together? Solo at Raffles Dubai is hosting a cooking masterclass led by executive chef Doxis Bekris. The Italian class will include hands-on instruction for a complete three-course Italian meal where you’ll learn how to make roasted tomato and olive crostini, creamy polenta with pecorino and wild mushrooms, the technique required to cook the perfect steak and how to whip up a spiced pear crostata for dessert.
