This week, Star TV's MasterChef India 4 is airing shows that were shot in Dubai. The episodes, called the Dubai Week Challenge, show eight contestants as they battle it out in a series of cookery challenges held in landmark Dubai locations including Atlantis, The Palm; Global Village and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.

In the challenges, the show's contestants were required to come up with vegetarian dishes using flavours of the Middle East. The host of MaserChef India, chef Sanjeev Kapoor, is no stranger to Dubai. He has a handful of restaurants in the emirate as well as the recently opened Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor in Abu Dhabi.

MasterChef India’s Dubai Week Challenge airs until March 21 and will feature Indian chefs Vikas Khanna and Ranveer Barar, along with Kapoor.
