Intersect by Lexus, a unique concept space by the luxury car maker, will open in Dubai in DIFC later this year.
It’s not a dealership and it’s not a traditional retail space. Called a ‘third space’ by the company, Intersect by Lexus will be a place for luxury lifestyle seekers with an interest in design, music, fashion, art and food. The space will be centred around an eatery serving up a range of unique bites for guests. There will also be an exclusive library on site.
The first Intersect by Lexus opened in Aoyama, Tokyo in 2013. This will be the second location for the brand. The bistro in the Tokyo store includes organic bites, unique desserts and drinks, and gourmet dishes.
Saud Abbasi, the managing director of Al-Futtaim Motors, says: “We believe Intersect by Lexus will represent a very unique choice for the diverse cosmopolitan UAE residents who are seeking refined enriching experiences that satisfy their high-end lifestyle quality. Intersect by Lexus is a place where people can experience the Lexus brand without getting behind a steering wheel.”
