For anyone who loves eating out, but is often left stumped for ideas when it comes to cooking at home, this newly launched, quarterly magazine could be worth checking out.
CookeryPlus is published in both English and Arabic and aims to showcase "an exciting mix of recipe and non-recipe content, provided by reputed chefs from all over the world, with supporting information by leading nutritionists and health experts".
Siraj Bolar, the editor-in-chief of FourPlus Media, says that it wants to bring readers more than just recipes: "We believe that food lovers want to know more about the cuisine that they enjoy and learn about it from credible sources. That is how CookeryPlus came into being".
