Kababji Grill, a popular casual Lebanese restaurant chain, is now open in the Galleria Mall on Al Maryah Island. It’s the fifth branch in the UAE for the chain and the first in the capital. The menu focuses on fresh, healthy options including shish taouk and mixed grill platters that feature antibiotic-free chicken and farm-raised lamb cooked over charcoal.
Eathos, the regional operator of the brand, has plans to open more locations throughout the UAE. Faysal Younes, CEO of Eathos, says: “We are excited to open an outlet in such an iconic dining destination in Abu Dhabi — The Galleria, Al Maryah Island — which will turn mall shoppers into Kababji Grill diners. The surrounding area offers an excellent opportunity for our delivery business, a core component of our roll-out plan.”
