May is cheese month at Abu Dhabi’s award-winning Tuscan-inspired restaurant, Villa Toscana.
Italian aficionados who frequent the Italian restaurant at St Regis Abu Dhabi this month can enjoy an experience that includes live stations that feature the finest flavours and extensive cheese selections.
The people in charge of the delectable fromage experience are Chef Stefano, Chef Rosario and their team.
Those with a penchant for cheese will know that Italy is one of the leading producers of cheese in the world. Guests at Villa Toscana can try a variety of burrata and other Italian cheese flavours like mozzarella, which uses buffalo milk.
