This restaurant, adjacent to Raffles Hotel and just a few minutes walk from DIFC, has an iftar sharing menu with twists on traditional food from around the region. Signature dishes are Turkish haydari (yogurt dip); harira soup; saffron, chicken and vermicelli soup; slow-cooked lamb shoulder; and Chilean sea bass. Desserts include chocolate qatayef with walnuts and candied oranges; and a mahalabiya brulée made with camel milk, raspberry jelly and pistachio praline.
