Each night during Ramadan, chefs dish up a feast of mezze platters, seafood, Arabian grills, classic Emirati dishes and a range of desserts. Highlights from the menu include: tabbouleh with burgol, olives and lemon dressing; Thai beef salad with peanuts and lemongrass; margoga lamb stew; camel-milk panna cotta and Emirati date cake with dried apricot. Traditional Ramadan juices, mint tea and Arabic coffee are complimentary. An à la carte suhoor follows in Yas Lounge and Skylite.
