Dubai: La Residence Restaurant & Lounge, Raffles Dubai
This French restaurant, brought to Dubai by Michelin-starred chef Frederic Vardon, features a set iftar menu with a selection of small bites, appetisers and a choice of mains that includes cod grenobloise with green and white Swiss chard; lamb with citrus fruit, vegetable piquillos with a tangy, spicy sauce; and macaroni with old vintage count and truffle ragout.
