The Rang Mahal restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar will celebrate the rich heritage of Bengali cuisine today and tomorrow with the Noborontno menu, created in collaboration with guest chef and blogger IshitaUnblogged. Based on the popular dishes of Ishita’s native city, the menu features nine items that reflect the city’s international influences.
Then starting on Thursday, the restaurant will celebrate its third anniversary with a seven-course set menu showcasing favourite dishes from the past three years, including scallops kalia, laal maas and chatori gali se. The chef Amrish Sood will share this menu from his signature cuisine for one week.
