Table 9 (formerly Table 9 by Darren Velvick) at the Hilton Dubai Creek has parted from its fine dining ways and relaunched as a gourmet bistro. The new bistro is serving up all new dishes, including harissa-marinated tiger prawns; lamb loin with celeriac purée, roasted onion and watercress; cauliflower scallop and madras curry; porcini mushroom risotto with Parmesan fonduta and more. Try the Gourmet 10/10 experience at Armani Hotel in the Burj Khalifa. For a limited time, each of the hotel's restaurants will offer a set menu of signature dishes for just Dh390 per person (including soft beverages). Armani/Ristorante will serve a four-course Italian menu that features baby squid filled with king crab, tomato compote and lemon confit; smoked veal tenderloin and more. On Armani/Amal's Indian menu, you'll find masala black cod; black pepper and curry leaf chicken tikka and a sampler platter of Indian desserts. Armani/Hashi will serve up a selection of its signature Japanese dishes or you can opt for the gourmet international cuisine served up in Armani/Deli. Try the new Teishoku menu at Tomo, the Japanese restaurant in Raffles Hotel. The new lunchtime offer pairs a main menu option with steamed rice, miso soup, pickles and a small side dish all presented on a wooden tray. The offer takes diners on a culinary journey through Peru with signature bites such as potato, onion and cassava crisps; a live guacamole demonstration at the table served with Inca corn crisps; signature ceviches; mashed yellow potato dumplings mixed with key lime, onion, chilli and oil; arroz Nikkei (sea bass on a bed of creamy rice); and more.
