Starting this Saturday, on the first Saturday of every month food lovers can join chief executive chef David Gache for a night of gastronomic discoveries, cooking tips and live demonstrations at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal, Abu Dhabi.
The Gachetronomer’s Night commences with a hand-shaken welcome drink at Sorso bar, followed by dim sum at the signature Southeast Asian restaurant Li Jiang. After trying their hand at noodle pulling, guests will be whisked to The Forge steakhouse for a crash course in grilling the perfect prime beef steak served with chef’s selection of sauces and sides. Finally, homemade cakes, pastries, artisanal ice cream and gelato at Dolce cafe rounds off an evening of gastronomic indulgence.
