Imagine dining underwater while two of Dubai’s award-winning chefs preparing the ultimate dining experience for you.

On Friday, March 10, Herve Courtot of Nobu and Grégoire Berger of Ossiano will join culinary forces to host an exclusive ‘Four Hands’ dinner.

In a first for both restaurants, world renowned Nobu will combine its Peruvian Japanese inspired cuisine with the fine dining flare of Ossiano, which offers sophisticated seafood set to the backdrop of awe inspiring views of the Ambassador Lagoon.

Starting from 7pm, guests will be enjoy an evening that will showcase the flair of the two chefs and their respective restaurants by way of a tasting menu. The evening will cost Dh1,250 per person.

The evening will begin with a selection of canapés including konbu tacos with vegetables dry miso, foie gras ganache, king crab & daikon roll, Jalapeño salsa and beetroot meringue & goat cheese curd. Diners will then enjoy an assortment of tasting dishes including Ossiano Spherification and Caviar De Sologne with potato wasabi.

Two of the hero dishes created by the award-winning chefs include the crispy scale red mullet with paella and squid ink rice and the slow-cooked Japanese beef served with buckwheat risotto, wild thyme and Himalayan honey teriyaki. The dessert selection promises to be just as good.

Throughout the evening there will be live music by female vocalists, Salha and The Million Dollar Band.
