Catch Dubai has officially opened its doors at the Fairmont Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road. The restaurant has gained a loyal following in New York City and is frequented by A-list celebrities including David Beckham, Jay Z and Beyoncé. Catch Dubai, led by head chef Bobby Griffing from New York City, will serve innovative seafood and sushi dishes in an upscale venue that will double as a late night lounge as the night wears on.
